SOFT FOAM: Foam is great for cushioning. Most often chosen for belaying during exercise, or for people who are uncomfortable to exercise on rigid ground. It works great for games, exercises with the possibility of falling, home exercises. For conscious exercises, we recommend a range of 5-6cm, while for exercises with the possibility of falling, we recommend 10cm.

Available thicknesses at our auctions: 10cm.

FOAM COMFORT SPORT: High density foam. Most often chosen for acrobatic gymnastics and other sports in which it is crucial to maintain stability during exercise. High density means that even at 5cm thick, the foam still has cushioning properties (by performing exercises, the so-called. 'senses of ground'). The fall will be more noticeable than in soft foam, while the quality of exercise will be much better.

Available thicknesses at our auctions: 5cm, 6cm.

REHABILITATION: Dear customer, during the rehabilitation process, the key issue is the appropriate selection of exercises and accessories related to them. Please remember that the best knowledge about your health is the doctor who guides you. Ask him for any tips and advice. Our data show that the vast majority of people choose KOMFORT SPORT foam for rehabilitation, due to the stability of the exercises performed. However, there are clients whose pain requires them to start exercising on a much softer foam.
