How to Make Salty Popcorn

1. Turn your stovetop to maximum heat.
2. Add about 4 tablespoons of oil to the pot and place it on the stove.

   Keep the pot covered once the oil is heating (only open it to add corn).

3. After about 2 minutes, when the oil is hot, add 100g of corn kernels and close the lid.
4. Slowly turn the crank throughout the entire roasting process.
5. After about 3–4 minutes, the popcorn will be ready. Remove the pot from the heat when the popping slows down.
6. Transfer the popcorn to a bowl and add salt while it's still hot – salt sticks best to warm popcorn.

Add the popcorn to a bowl and sprinkle with salt (it sticks best when hot). You can then use our various SALTY POP seasonings (find a selection of our original seasonings in our store) and mix well.
