Application

The ratchet threader kit is the perfect tool for the construction industry, for threading and dragging pipes, installing pipelines and equipment, as well as for creating new threads or repairing damaged threads on pipes. Suitable for galvanized pipes, PPR pipes, copper pipes, aluminum pipes, carbon steel pipes, iron pipes and plastic pipes.

Method of use

1. Fix the pipe on the support and leave a certain length of pipe on the front end for threading.

2. Mount the right size threading die on the ratchet handle and connect the threader to the pipe.

3. With your left hand, push the die head and rotate. Rotate to the right (right-handed thread).

4. After the die cuts a circle in the pipe, you can release the left hand, and the pattern on the die will automatically move. For lubrication, you can add the appropriate oil for cutting.

5. Finish threading when the edge of the pipe aligns with the end of the wrench, position the ratchet handle in the reverse position and slowly pull the die head out of the pipe.
