Instructions for use:

1. Before the first use, wash the pan in warm soapy water using a soft sponge.
2. Before each use, grease the inner surface of the pan with oil or butter.
3. Do not heat the pan when it is empty.
4. Low or medium temperatures are enough to achieve the best culinary results. The maximum temperature of use is 230°C.
5. Do not fill the pan above 2/3 of its capacity to avoid overflowing.
6. After use, leave the pan to cool, then wash it in warm soapy water using a soft sponge.
7. Use only wooden, plastic or silicone kitchen utensils to extend the life of the non-stick coating.
8. Never cut food directly into a pan with sharp tools.
9. The use of baking paper will extend the life of the pan and its non-stick coating.
10. Prefer hand washing to ensure longer life of the pan.
11. Do not use metal sponges, wire or aggressive cleaners.
12. The non-stick coating complies with the standards for materials in contact with food.
