The saddle is adjustable vertically and horizontally, and the handlebar has movable handles that allow you to find their perfect slope. The Rook features a low-entry design that makes it easy for people to use the equipment after injuries and e.g. seniors.

The blue backlit computer screen is clear and easy to read, and the computer operation is intuitive and very easy.

The screen informs about the active program and presents values for training. Informs, among others. about exercise time, distance traveled, speed, revolutions per minute and the number of calories burned. The computer also records the pulse using touch sensors placed on the handlebar handles.

Numerous programs diversify exercises, increase their level of effectiveness and make them bring even more benefits. The bike has m.in. Time-, distance-oriented, calorie- or pulse-oriented Manual programs, 4 heart rate-controlled HRC programs, Watt-based training program and beginner programs (Beginner and Advance).

The computer works with tablets and smartphones that use Android 3,0 or later operating systems and iOS in 8,0 or later.

Manage your smartphone training

Rook is equipped with a computer that you can operate wirelessly from your smartphone thanks to Bluetooth connectivity. The iConsole+ application makes the computer open up completely new training possibilities and allows you to use numerous training programs and e.g. use of vital routes based on Google maps.

When Zipro connects via Bluetooth to your mobile device, the computer will shut down and its screen will go out. After a while, the iConsole+ control panel will appear on your mobile device with additional functions. From now on, Zipro equipment can be conveniently managed using your smartphone or table.

Using a smartphone or table during training, it can be safely placed on a special stand with rubber stabilizing stoppers. The built-in USB port allows you to charge the battery and stay online at all times.

• Steering wheel inclination

The angle of inclination of the bicycle handlebar affects the comfort and effectiveness of exercises. The ability to adjust to the height allows you to assume the correct position and not strain your back during exercise.

• Spinning position

A wide range of handlebar tilt adjustment allows you to assume a spinning position with forearms based on handles. Such training allows you to quickly burn calories, increase endurance, heart efficiency and strength, and lung capacity.

• Horizontal and vertical adjustment of the saddle

Adjusting the horizontal position of the saddle allows you to set its distance from the handlebar. The height setting allows you to precisely adjust the saddle to the height of the person exercising.
