We offer a solid two-cylinder air compressor. The device is equipped with two air filters with a double ventilation system - this solution allows you to achieve maximum efficiency from a relatively small compressor. The compressor is fitted with hardened, iron cylinders guaranteeing a long service life and efficient cooling of the compressor. In addition, the design has proven solutions to increase the cooling of the compressor m.in cooling radiators and cooling ribs on the heads, which our design is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage and very good ability to dissipate heat to the environment.

Two piston compressor with an air capacity at the input of 920l/min, in practice the compressor achieves up to 700l/min effective output efficiency.

Bearing in mind more than ten years of experience and many years of cooperation with vulcanization plants, industrial plants and mechanics, we have created and launched a durable piston compressor – BARRACUDA 2090 BLACK EDITION.

The applied solutions made it possible to obtain higher pressure in the system both at the input and output from the compressor (Air Force In/Out technology). Plungers and rings were made of the highest quality materials. Cast iron cylinders and compressor heads are equipped with extended ribs,heat dissipation radiators have been installed on the pressure pipes connecting the cylinders,which translated into more efficient heat dissipation generated during the operation of the compressor – the whole structure was supplemented with a reinforced pulley along with blades placed on it cooling the entire structure.

Each of the two air filters equipped with the compressor has an efficient ventilation system.

The compressor uses additional rheat dissipation support compounds, and thus a longer compressor life:

• reinforced pistons and piston rings made of high-quality materials reduce friction inside the cylinder, and thus its heating
• iron cylinders
• iron body compressor
• enlarged ribbed, which even better dissipates heat from the working device
• rpressure pipes with heat sink installed to support heat dissipation

Selection of pulley:

The pulley should be selected based on the engine speed and the required compressor speed.

The following formula is used:

Ds = (Dc × RPMc) / RPMs

where:

• Ds - diameter of pulley on engine
• Dc - pulley diameter on compressor
• RPMc - compressor speed
• RPMs - engine speed

Example:

Suppose we have a compressor with a rotational speed of 900 RPM (turns per minute) and a pulley with a diameter of 250 mm. The electric motor has a speed of 1800 RPM. We calculate the diameter of the pulley for the engine:

Ds = (250 mm × 900 RPM) / 1800 RPM = 125 mm

In this case, the appropriate diameter of the pulley on the engine is 125 mm.

Remember that these values are examples, and in fact they should be adapted to the specifications of a specific engine and compressor.
