Runners' priorities are a compact design and the speed of unfolding poles: so that - depending on the situation on the route - you can use them or forget that you have them with you. The most compact poles are less than 40 cm when folded! Remember that it is worth testing them...

To help you choose the correct pole size, you can use the following formula: your height in centimeters x 0.67. So if you are 180 cm tall, the recommended pole size is 120 cm. Runner height 155 - 171 cm: poles 110 cm Runner height 172 - 181 cm: poles 120 cm Runner height over 182 cm: poles 130 cm
