What the stick consists of:

1. Handle with wrist strap
2. Length Lock Lever - Clip (Snap)
3. Segment with measure length
4. Upper segment
5. Middle segment
6. Bottom segment with plate and tip
7. Lock button (metal, pop-up after cable tension)

How to unfold EVI SPORT poles:

1. Remove the stick from the package.

• At the beginning, the pole is tied with velcro.

2. Remove the Velcro so that the pole can unfold.

3. Take the first element (part of the stick) and put it in the right place.

4. Slide the element that says "EVI SPORT" so far as to tighten the link inside (you will feel resistance).

5. Insert the second element and press it down.

6. Pull hard until you hear a clear “click”.

• The click means that the pole has locked and will not fold itself when walking.

HOW TO SET THE RIGHT SIZE (STICK LENGTH):

It is very important that the pole is tailored to your height – then you walk more comfortably and safely.

1. Find the clip (snap) on the pole and open it.

2. Pull the piece over the button to slide the pole out.

3. Set the length of the poles:

• Your arm should be bent at an elbow at an angle of about 90 degrees (as if you wanted to put your hand on the table).
• Then the height of the poles is appropriate.

4. Close the clip to make the pole lock (point 1)

NOTE: Do not extend the poles beyond the “STOP” designation. If the pole moves after closing the clip – tighten the lock tighter to make it stable.
