If you value healthy cuisine, and your diet does not lack vegetables and fruits – a stainless juicer with a steamer, with a capacity of 5 L will be a great device that will make it easier for you to produce healthy, full of vitamins juices. The juicer is made of a heat-resistant material and is suitable for use on all types of cookers.

The device is extremely easy to use – it consists of three overlapping dishes: a water dish, a juice collection dish and a fruit container with a punched bottom. An additional advantage of the juicer is a special design that allows you to transform the juicer into a steamer.

After applying the dish with a punched bottom, directly to the water dish - we have the opportunity to prepare steamed dishes. The set also includes a juice pouring hose, directly from the juicer to the carafe, bottle or jar. The juicer is also equipped with a lid.

The advantage of producing homemade juices using a juicer is that it retains more nutritional value in the final product. Juices are made in a very simple and quick way - for soft fruits (strawberries, raspberries) - getting your own juice is possible in just over half an hour!

The juicer is also extremely easy to clean – it is dishwasher safe.

Use of juicer

Fill dish No. 1 with water up to 2/3 of the height. In dish No. 3 put washed fruit prepared as follows: soft fruit e.g. berries, strawberries, raspberries, currants pour whole – unshredded. Hard fruits (apples, pears) should be cut into pieces with dimensions of less than 3 cm.

You should keep a free space of 1-2 cm from the lid of the vessel in which the fruit is located. Sprinkle the fruit with sugar in an amount of 100 to 600 grams (see Table 1).

The set should be covered with a lid and close the clamp on the hose (it is recommended to attach the hose to the ear of the dish No. 2).

Set the set prepared in this way on a heat source (gas, electric kitchen, etc. ) and bring slowly to a boil.

Under the influence of elevated temperature and the formation of water vapor, juice begins to secrete from the fruit and accumulate in vessel No. 2.

When the juice begins to collect, it should be poured into a separate vessel so that it does not get into the water.

The time required to obtain juice, counted from the moment of boiling water (the appearance of steam in the upper vessel) is:

- for soft fruits (strawberries, raspberries) 20 - 30 minutes;

- for semi-hard fruits (black currant, blueberry) 30 - 40 minutes;

- for hard fruits (apples, pears) - 45 - 60 minutes;

After about 15 minutes from the moment of boiling water, open the clamp on the hose and pour the accumulating juice directly into bottles or jars. Immediately after filling them, they should be encapsulated or closed with twist-off nuts.

The juice-filled bottles (jars) are then put into a pot of water and pasteurized within 30 minutes (counting from the moment the water boils).

In order to obtain juice of high quality and long durability, it is important that all activities during its preparation are carried out with absolute purity.
