Juicer, thanks to which you can easily prepare both the right amount of juice for both current needs and supplies for the autumn-winter period. Thanks to the delicious and healthy juices obtained in this way, you and your loved ones will be able to enjoy the taste of your favorite fruits throughout the year.

The set consists of three overlapping dishes, a lid and a hose with a clamp. Top vessel (No. 1) – for fruit (up to 8 liters). Middle dish (No. 2) – for juice, which through a connected drain hose can be poured into bottles or jars. Bottom vessel (No. 3) - for water. The juicer can be used on any type of stove.

The set can also be successfully used as a steamer.

The juicer is made of stainless steel with very high strength, resistant to stress and temperature. Properly used, in accordance with the recommendations given in the instructions, it will serve efficiently for many years.

Fill dish No. 3 with water to a height of about 2 cm below the upper edge. Then apply dish No. 2 to them, and dish No. 1 to the top. Put the previously prepared, washed fruits into dish No. 1. Soft fruits, e.g. berries, strawberries, raspberries or currants, pour whole - unshredded. Cut hard fruits, such as apples or pears, into pieces measuring less than 3 cm. Fill the fruit with sugar in an amount of 100 to 600 grams, depending on the acidity of the fruit and how sweet your finished juice is to be. Cover the set with a lid and close the clamp on the hose (it is recommended to attach the hose to the ear of the dish No. 2).

A set prepared in this way is set on a heat source (gas kitchen, electric kitchen, etc. ) and slowly bring the water to a boil. After boiling water, reduce the heating power to such an extent that an excessive amount of steam does not form around the vessel. Under the influence of the formation of water vapor and elevated temperature from the fruit will begin to secrete juice and accumulate in the vessel No. 2.

The time needed to obtain juice, counted from the moment of boiling water (the appearance of steam in the upper vessel), is:

- for soft fruits (e.g. strawberries, raspberries): 20-30 minutes;

- for semi-hard fruits (e.g. black currants, blueberries): 30-40 minutes;

- for hard fruits (e.g. apples, pears): 45-60 minutes.

The table in the manual shows the approximate cooking times of each type of fruit, the approximate amount of sugar to be added and the expected amount of juice obtained.

After about 15 minutes from the moment of boiling water, open the clamp on the drain hose - pour the accumulating juice directly into bottles or jars. Immediately after filling them, encapsulate them or close them with twist-off nuts. Juice-filled bottles and/or jars, closed with caps or caps, put in a pot of water and pasteurize for 30 minutes (counting from the moment the water boils).

✳ Attention!

To obtain juice of high quality and long durability, perform all activities during its preparation with absolute purity. Use the available dishwashing agents to wash the juicer components, but avoid sharp brushes, dishwashers and powders that can draw dishes. Wash jars, bottles, caps and caps equally thoroughly. It is good to wash them a few hours in advance and leave them upside down to dry.

The dishes that make up the juicer can also be washed in dishwashers.
