The SAPIR SP 1260 A26 juicer is a practical container from which you can squeeze all kinds of fruits, vegetables and herbs for a delicious, fresh and healthy juice. Thanks to it, you can even prepare marmalade, syrup, jelly, wine, liqueur and even steamed meat and vegetables.
Extraction of fruit juice
The more ripe the fruit, the more fragrant and delicious the juice. We recommend mixing sweets with sour fruit and mixing juice before consumption to enhance its taste. Do not add sugar if the squeezed juice will be used to make jelly. For this purpose, only unripe fruits are suitable, because they contain more pectin (gelating agent). Fruits with higher pectin content are raisins, unripe apples and quinces. Juices that will be diluted before consumption should contain more sugar.
Extraction of vegetable juice
Vegetable juices contain valuable nutrients and fiber, such as fruit juices. The vitamins and mineral salts contained in them maintain the health of the body. Vegetable juices are particularly suitable for seasoning soups and sauces.
Extraction of juice from herbs
You can squeeze juice from a mixture of vegetables and herbs in any combination. For example, carrots, celery leaves and stems, leaves and roots of parsley, onions, tomatoes, devisil and cabbage leaves. Or from tomatoes, radishes, onions, dill, wormwood, garlic cloves, asparagus and nettles. Or winter cabbage, carrots, alaba, celery stalks, leek, tomatoes, arugula, butterbur and horseradish.
