How does the juicer work?

The juicer uses a natural evaporation process. The heated water in the lower pot produces steam that passes through the fruits placed in the sieve. Thanks to this, the fruits give off juice, which is collected in a special pot equipped with a drain tube.

This is a great way to prepare:

Preparation of homemade juice step by step:

1. Wash the fruit thoroughly and remove the damaged fragments.
2. Larger fruits, such as apples or pears, cut into smaller pieces.
3. Place the fruit in the juicer sieve and optionally add sugar to your liking.
4. Pour water into the bottom pot (about 1/3 of the height).
5. Combine all the elements of the juicer and cover with a glass lid.
6. Bring the water to a boil – the steam will start extracting juice from the fruit.
7. Pour the finished juice into bottles or jars and pasteurize.

Use the fruit to the end!

After preparing the juice, you can use the remaining fruit to prepare homemade jam, mousse or desserts – nothing is wasted.
