Height and fit – how to understand it

✔ SIZE "S" 13 cm – base without suction cups (for the smallest dogs; we recommend permanent mounting of the base on a plexiglass plate).

Fit for dog

It is best suited for dogs whose distance from the ground to the groin (measured from the bottom of the abdomen to the ground) does not exceed 27 cm. This is a limit value – the smaller the height of the dog, the more comfortable and natural the use.

Note for large dogs: the limitation is not the height, but the length – there may be no “reach” to comfortably embrace.

Installation and surfaces:

✔ Suction cups hold on smooth, non-porous: glass, mirror, plexiglass, lacquered smooth tops.

✔ They do not hold on: panels/laminate, raw wood, concrete, tiles with a clear texture/fugs.

First use – it’s normal that it takes time

✔ Adaptation is sometimes gradual – sometimes it’s a few sessions (e.g. 3 – 10+) after 5 – 10 minutes before the dog understands the destiny.

✔ Start in a quiet place, set stable.

✔ Choose the moment when the dog is more stimulated/has a high motivation to friction. Gently point it at the accessory; praise and you can reward with a taste after each attempt to contact.

✔ Don't force it. Over time, the dog will start to use on its own and no help will be needed.

✔ Supervision of the guardian is indicated during the first sessions.

Quality and care

✔ The material at the beginning can slightly line – this is normal for a new plush and subsides over time.

✔ Wash the silicone insert with warm water with a mild agent, dry thoroughly.

Returns and hygiene

✔ Returns are only possible if the silicone insert remains in the original sealed packaging.
