Thanks to the additional holes in the frame, the height adjustment of the hammock is quick and trouble-free. Simply move the hook and screw it into the hole of your choice, then attach the hammock loop to the hook.

This simple solution allows you to customize the frame to your needs and preferences in a few moments.
