The MiG-29 (NATO Fulcrum) is a Russian modern front-line fighter jet.
The MiG-29 jet aircraft was designed in 1972 to replace the MiG-21s and MiG-23s with more modern ones. The first prototype took to the air on October 6, 1977, and the first serial MiG-29 9.12 aircraft ("Fulcrum-A") entered service in 1984.
MIG-29M aircraft belonging to the 23rd Tactical Aviation Base im. Lt. Col. pil. Jan Zumbach – military air base located approx. 6 km east of Minsk Mazowiecki. The base is part 1 of the Tactical Aviation Wing with command in Świdwin.
