For best results, we recommend using fresh starter cultures (acids) to make yogurt or kefir.

The use of such starter cultures ensures that the final product will come out correctly and will have full nutritional and taste values. Just a pinch for one liter of milk.

For yogurt, we recommend the starter ABY - it is a perfect blend combining two basic yogurt strains and probiotic bacteria famous for their special health properties: Bifidobacterium bifidum and Lactobacillus acidophilus!

For kefir we recommend the starter KEFIR-31 - it is a great mixture combining strains of bacteria and kefir yeast. Produces viscous, aromatic, slightly gassing kefir. Health bomb!
