ELEKTRA Light is a lightweight electroresistance welding machine for connecting polyethylene pipes and fittings

used in the transport of gas, water and other pressurized media in diameters of 20-160mm. Welding machine

complies with all current European standards for welding pressure fittings and works in

output voltage range 8-48V. With its universal tips, the Elektra Light welding machine allows

welding of all pressure fittings available on the Polish market without additional adapters.

The device has the option of compensating the welding time against the ambient temperature.

The welding machine allows welding in three modes:

– automatic – reading the barcode of the fitting using a scanner

– semi-automatic – manual introduction of the fitting barcode

– manual – manual introduction of welding parameters, i.e. tension and time.

The welding process is constantly monitored during the cycle. The device will notify the operator of any errors

or anomalies that occurred during the seal.

The memory of the Elektra Light welding machine allows you to store its last 325 welds, which can be transferred to

computer by means of an additional data cable in PDF format or in a format allowing

use the Ritmo software. Elektra Light is very light – only 7kg and comes in a convenient

shoulder bag which significantly facilitates movement on the construction site.
