TECNOMIG 201 SYNERGIC is an inverter synergistic semi-automatic welding machine designed for arc welding using the MIG/MAG, TIG LIFT, MMA and FLUX methods. The device has been designed for a wide range of applications: from maintenance work to car body repairs.

TECNOMIG 201 is used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels and aluminium. Welding is carried out in an inert gas, active gas or mixture shield and with reverse polarity without gas.

The device has 9 synergistic programs for welding steel.

Quick synergistic adjustment of welding parameters through a clear control panel makes the device very easy to use. All you need to do is set the thickness of the welding wire and the type of gas and start welding: intelligent and automatic welding arc control system, step by step, will select the best parameters, for each welding position and for each material. The user can also manually set the length of the welding arc and adjust the appearance of the weld to suit their needs.

The welding machine has functions facilitating the welding process using the MMA method with a wrapped electrode:

ARC FORCE: short-circuit current adjustment - facilitates the transfer of a drop of molten electrode to the welded material, preventing the arc from extinguishing when the drop of electrode contacts the welding lake

HOT START: hot start adjustment - facilitates the ignition of the electrode by providing more welding current with each arc.

ANTI STICK: anti-short-circuit - automatically turns off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, which facilitates its detachment and prevents the accidental formation of a welding arc
