TECNO MIG 211 S-PULSE ALU SYNERGIC is a modern, synergistic inverter semi-automatic welding machine designed for arc welding using MIG/MAG, MIG PULS, TIG LIFT, FLUX and MMA methods. The device is designed for a wide range of applications, from maintenance and servicing to precise repairs of car bodies.

The TECNO MIG 211 S-PULSE is perfect for welding carbon steels, low alloy steels and aluminium. The welding process can take place in an inert gas shield, active gas or their mixtures, as well as without the use of gas – using reverse polarity.

MIG welding with Pulse

In MIG welding with so-called. With a pulsating arc, the end of the electrode wire melts accelerated, forming and peeling off metal droplets. The resulting welding arc and metal flow characteristics from the end of the wire to the welding lake, ensure better quality of the welded joint and less chipping. Pulsed MIG welding also reduces thermal deformations caused during welding. This process is recommended for use e.g. when welding stainless and acid-resistant steels.

Features to improve work in the MMA method

• VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function - reduces the resting voltage of the idle state on the electrode to a safe value. Provides shock safety when working in humid environments.
• Arc Force: facilitates the transfer of a drop of molten electrode to the welded material, preventing the arc from extinguishing when the drop of electrode contacts the welding lake.
• Hot Start: facilitates the ignition of the electrode by providing more welding current with each arc.
