TECNOMIG 200P PULSE is an inverter synergistic semi-automatic welding machine designed for arc welding using the MIG/MAG, MMA, TIG Lift, and galvanized sheet welding methods. The device is designed for use in professional use.

The device has three synergic welding modes MIG/MAG: MIG, MIG PULS, MIG DOUBLE PULS.

TECNOMIG 200P PULSE is used for welding aluminum and its alloys, stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels and lutowelding of galvanized sheets. Welding is carried out in an inert gas shield, active or mixture depending on the program selected on the control panel.

Set parameters manually or choose one of 52 synergistic MIG/MAG programs for welding: AlMg, AlSi, Al99,5, CuSi3, CuAl9, 308LSi, 316LSi and FE.

Thanks to the use of pulsation MIG, the amount of heat introduced into the welded element is increased. It is possible to obtain a better weld, regardless of the welding position and reduce the amount of spatter.

Both with the MIG method as well as MIG PULS we have the ability to select the button function in the handle between work in Spot mode (point welding), 2-bar, S2-bar, 4-bar (button lock for long welds) and S4-bar.

The write parameters function of welding (35 slots) makes it easier to work on various materials without having to re-adjust the device when changing gas and wire.

IGBT - The welding machine uses modern transistors, a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference small power losses in basic systems, allowing to increase the efficiency and reliability of the power source.

FCAW - the possibility of welding with core wire without the use of a gas cylinder. The wire itself (FLUX) is filled with a substance that produces gases during welding.

Inductance adjustment - allowing less heat to be introduced into the welding site. The sheet does not deform and the protective layer of zinc is not damaged, useful in lutowelding.

MMA PULSE: pulsation adjustment allows for higher weld quality and less chipping and welding dust by controlling the temperature and density of the welding current.

ARC FORCE: short-circuit current adjustment (manual) - facilitates the transfer of a drop of molten electrode to the welded material, preventing the arc from extinguishing when the drop of electrode contacts the welding lake

HOT START: hot start adjustment (manual) - facilitates the ignition of the electrode by providing more welding current with each arc.

ANTI STICK: short-circuit - automatically turns off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, which facilitates its detachment and prevents the accidental formation of a welding arc

VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function - reduces the resting voltage of the idle state on the electrode to a safe value. Provides shock safety when working in humid environments.

Inductance adjustment – allows you to reduce the amount of heat at the welding site. The sheet does not deform and the protective layer of zinc is not damaged, the function used for lutowelding. Higher inductance (soft arc) results in a wider welding lake and less chipping. In contrast, lower inductance produces a stable, focused arc.

LUTOSPELING - Soldering MIG/MAG adopted a name created from two different technologies. Soldering as a bonding process in which there is no melting of the native material only solder and MIG / MAG welding technology, from which the preparation of the edges of the material as for welding and the method of melting the wire in the electric arc in the atmosphere of protective gases, fed automatically from the spool, were used. Soldering could be called soldering by welding method. The protective gas used is most often pure argon

In the welding process, evaporating zinc is the cause of the porosity of the welds, because high temperatures formed in this area destroy the protective layer, the combined elements lose their corrosion resistance. Mechanical removal of zinc before welding and re-application in places where evaporation has occurred is a very expensive process. Supplementing cavities with zinc preparations (paints) does not sufficiently protect the structure against corrosion. In addition, it should be noted that when welding galvanized sheets, there is a very large emission of zinc vapors harmful to health. These inconveniences can be avoided by using MIG/ MAG soldering technology.

Synergy - is a function of MIG/MAG welding machines, which allows for automatic selection of welding parameters, we choose the type of welded material, wire diameters, shielding gas and welding current or material thickness and the device will automatically select the appropriate welding parameters from these settings we can make slight adjustments

2T/4T - at two bars after pressing the start button, the welding process takes place after releasing the button, the welding process is stopped - at four bars after the first press and release of the button, the welding process takes place at the second press, it is a more convenient solution for longer welds.

PULSE WELDING MODE (PULSE AND DOUBLE PULSE)

In the case of MIG welding, two pulse welding modes are also possible - single pulse (PMIG) and double pulse (DUAL). Used for welding work of most materials available on the market (black steel, aluminum, "stainless steel", non-ferrous metal alloys). On the example of aluminum, the connection to work is similar to black steel.

Important differences are other working parts in the handle and feeder. For this purpose, it is necessary first of all to replace the feeder roll with a properly adapted for aluminum (usually it has the symbol “U”).

For the welding torch, replace the wire spiral (long tube covering the wire in the MIG handle wire, color-coded depending on the wire diameter) with a Teflon cartridge (photo below, red Teflon). In addition, after extending the gas nozzle from the handle pipe, replace the current tip there with a suitable aluminum for welding (usually with the designation “AL”).

Place the corresponding AlMg5 or AlSi5 wire spool in the feeder chamber and, as with steel material, pull the wire through the feeder and the entire welding torch wire.
