SYNERGISTIC AND MANUAL MODE

Two operating modes : MANUAL - in this mode, the user manually sets welding parameters such as welding current, wire feed and inductance. SYNERGY - the microprocessor selects the settings of the welding machine based on: the type and thickness of the welded material and the type of gas and wire diameter. The operator adjusts the parameters to his own needs from -9 to +9.

FAST AND AUTOMATIC SELECTION OF PARAMETERS

The biggest advantage of this type of welding machine is the fast and automatic selection of welding parameters thanks to built-in programs. After giving the basic parameters, it is enough to adjust the welding machine with one knob. Thanks to this solution, you can weld any material very precisely, without unnecessary waste of time on the selection of appropriate parameters.

• IGBT - the welding machine uses modern transistors, a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference small power losses in basic systems, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the power source.
• 2T/4T - when the start button is pressed, the welding process is stopped after releasing the button - when the button is pressed and released for the first time, the welding process takes place at the second press, it is a more convenient solution for longer welds.
• FULL SYNERGY - this is a modern electronic microprocessor control that automatically selects operating parameters depending on the wire diameter, type and thickness of the material.
• REG. INDUCTION - allowing less heat to be introduced into the welding site. The sheet does not deform and the protective layer of zinc is not damaged, useful in soldering.
• LUTOSPELING - this method is quite similar to MIG/MAG welding, but the energy supplied in this case is much less. This means that soldering is used to join thin sheets covered with a layer of zinc. The described method is a bonding process during which solder melts, not the material we work with. The second part of the name, MIG/MAG, comes from the use of the method of melting wire in an electric arc surrounded by protective gas, as well as from the preparation of the edge of the material in the same way as for traditional welding. However, the soldering method is used not only for bonding galvanized sheets, but also thin sheets made of stainless steel and various connections, m.in. acid-resistant steel of ordinary quality steel or copper with steel.
• FCAW - the possibility of welding with core wire without the use of a gas cylinder. The wire itself (FLUX) is filled with a gas-producing substance during welding.
• SPOT WELDING - MIG MAG function rarely found in this class of devices is much more versatile than in TIG, although showing lower metallurgical purity. It does not require a perfect combination of elements.
• BURN BACK - does not allow the electrode wire to be melted to the current tip, due to the momentary extension of the wire after the welding process.
• ATC - advanced thermal control function, active for welding thin materials with a thickness of less than 1,5 mm. Stabilizes the electric arc, reducing the peak value of the welding current. The amount of heat transferred to the material is reduced, reducing the risk of deformation of the material.

TIG LIFT WELDING
