The VERKE inverter welding machine is a top-of-the-line welding device for MMA (welding with a wide range of wrapped electrodes). Smooth adjustment and digital display current settings allow you to choose the optimal parameters depending on the type and thickness of the materials being processed and the electrodes used. The device has an integrated cooling system (thermostat and fan), which protects against overheating and significantly extends the time of uninterrupted operation. It is equipped with the functions of optimizing the welding arc HOT START (supports arc ignition), ARC FORCE (stabilizes the arc in case of fluctuations in its length) and ANTI STICK (limits sticking the electrode to the material being processed). The welder uses a standard mains power supply of 230 V. Light weight and compact dimensions make the device convenient for transport and work at height as well as trouble-free storage.

The IGBT 180T welding machine is equipped with the VRD function - a voltage reduction system that turns off the power supply within a few milliseconds after welding. This function is also responsible for reducing the voltage on the wrapped electrode to a safe level.

Advanced IGBT inverter technology

Bipolar transistor with insulated gate. The high frequency of the inverter significantly reduces the volume and weight of the welding machine. Significant reduction of magnetic losses and resistance obviously increases welding efficiency and translates into energy savings.

The switching frequency is outside the audible limit range, which almost completely eliminates noise.

Efficient cooling

▶ Built-in automatic functions to facilitate work:

✔ HOT START

Popularly called hot start, it allows by temporarily increasing the welding current above the value set by the welder. HOT START works at the moment of arcing and is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material. It is a great convenience when lighting the electrode.

✔ ANTI STICK

cuts/minimizes welding voltage and current in case of short circuit of the electrode with the welded material. ANTI STICK allows the welder to detach the electrode more easily.

✔ ARC FORCE

stabilizes the arch regardless of its length. Regulates the dynamics of the welding arc. By reducing the value of the function, it gives a soft arc and a smaller depth of melt, while increasing the value of the function causes deeper melting and the possibility of welding with a short arc. At the highest value for the ARC FORCE function, it is possible to "press the electrode into a lake of molten metal and burn the material through.
