MAGNUM MIG 201 ALU PRO is an advanced semi-automatic welding machine supporting MIG/MAG, MMA, TIG Lift, FCAW and soldering methods. It combines compact dimensions with high functionality, making it well suited for workshops, services and light production.

The device enables welding of structural steel, stainless steel and aluminum and its alloys, as well as work with self-shielding wire. Synergistic mode facilitates quick setting of parameters, while manual mode provides full control over the process.

The model is distinguished by synergistic programs for AlSi and AlMg aluminum with current pulsation function, which improves arc stability and weld quality.

The easy-to-read digital panel allows you to easily select settings, and the device offers m.in. 2T/4T modes, Hot Start and Arc Force adjustment, wire and gas test and the ability to connect the Spool Gun holder.

The use of IGBT technology guarantees efficient and stable operation with lower energy consumption. The power supply of 230 V, current range up to 200 A (MIG/MAG) and light weight of 11 kg make them a practical and mobile solution.

LCD panel and intuitive menu

The device is equipped with a clear control panel with a welding method selection button, a settings button and two function knobs. Depending on the mode, the user can adjust the wire feed speed, current, welding voltage and other additional parameters.

MIG SYN synergistic programs

In synergistic mode, the operator selects the material, wire diameter, shielding gas and control method (2T or 4T). It then sets the approximate thickness of the welded element or current and corrects the voltage if necessary. This solution significantly reduces the time of preparation for work and facilitates obtaining reproducible parameters.

MIG MAN – full manual adjustment

Manual mode is designed for more advanced users. Allows you to set the wire feed speed and welding voltage yourself, without the support of synergistic programs

Professional Wire Feeder

The use of a high-quality, 2-roll wire feeder ensures smooth and stable feeding to the welding torch. This solution translates into precise control of the welding process and maintaining stable operating parameters.

Possibility of connecting the Spool Gun holder

The device enables cooperation with the Spool Gun handle, which is used primarily during aluminum welding and CuSi3 soldering. This solution eliminates the need to frequently change the device when changing the material, which significantly increases work efficiency.

The Spool Gun is not part of the standard equipment and is available as an optional accessory.

Pulse in programs for aluminum

Pulsed current welding involves cyclical switching between high and low current. This reduces heat supply and reduces the amount of spatter, while also reducing the risk of non-melting.

This method works well both with materials with high thermal conductivity and with thin elements, protecting them from burnout. It also allows for narrower and deeper penetrating welds for thicker details.
