Professional 4R Wire Feeder

Professional wire feeder 4R (4x4) - is a reliable wire feeding regardless of the weight of the spool and the type of welding wire. The proven feeder mechanism has a big impact on the smoothness of wire feeding, and this already translates directly into the welding parameters of the device.

Chassis for gas cylinder

Place the gas cylinder on the chassis and enjoy the mobility of this flashing. No more tangled gas lines between the wheels. The gas cylinder is now where the machine is with you.

Description of the welding machine function:

Synergy - By setting the appropriate program or entering parameters, the device will independently select most welding settings, such as wire feed speed or appropriate voltage, according to the programmed data.

Spot welding spot - with the possibility of setting the welding time at the point. A function that allows you to perform even, spot welds or spot welding of thin plates with other elements.

Krater+ - is a function that involves a controlled arc end and supplementing the crater with additional material, also called crater filler. This technique is designed to increase the durability of the weld and avoid potential welding defects. Thanks to the use of this function we minimize the need for further processing of the material after welding.

Pulse - pulse current welding, in which high and low current are alternately used. This reduces overall heat supply and splatter while providing greater resistance to non-melting.

Double pulse - provides better transfer of the binder into the welded material, which improves control over the welding process and the quality of the weld itself. It allows you to work in all positions and is especially useful for forced positions. It provides less heat impact, works well in the case of thinner materials or those with increased thermal conductivity, such as: aluminium alloys. Reduces the amount of chipping.

S2T - a special double bar with hot start and end current filling the crater.

S4T - special four-bar with hot start and final current.

Two-bar 2T - pressing the button initiates gas outflow and welding current, releasing the button turns off welding current and gas outflow.

Four-point 4T - pressing and releasing the handle button initiates gas outflow and welding current, re-pressing and releasing the button turns off the welding current and gas outflow.

SLOP - choice of electrode type for MMA welding.

Slop CC - electrodes "easily weldable" e.g. in rutile, rutile-cellulose sheathing, etc.

Slop CP - electrodes "hardly weldable" e.g. in cellulose, alkaline, acidic coating, etc.
