➡ FLUX / FCAW – Welding without shielding gas

This technique is similar to MIG/MAG, but does not require the use of a gas cylinder. Instead, it uses a special self-shielding wire, covered with a layer of powder, which at the moment of arcing produces a protective gas directly above the weld. Ideal solution for working in the field and in difficult conditions.

➡ TIG LIFT DC – Precision Tungsten Electrode Welding

The method is based on non-melting tungsten electrode and inert gas protection (Argon), using a separate handle. In TIG Lift DC mode, the arc is ignited by delicately touching the electrode to the welded element.

The gas is connected directly to the handle from the reducer, and welding is carried out with direct current (DC). The solution is valued for the precision and aesthetics of the weld.

The ondragon welder is equipped with a two-roller, precision wire feeder, which ensures stable feeding and full continuity of operation. Such a system eliminates the risk of wire slipping, which translates into better weld quality and greater comfort of use.

The feeder supports steel rollers with a diameter of 0,8 – 1,0 mm, which allows for flexible wire selection depending on the type of work performed.

In addition, a convenient knob is used, which allows fast replacement of wire and roller, without the need for tools – all with efficiency and time savings in mind.
