TECNOMIG 205 LCD SYNERGIC is an inverter synergistic semi-automatic welding machine designed for MIG/MAG, TIG LIFT, MMA and FLUX arc welding. The device has been designed for a wide range of applications: from maintenance work to car body repairs.

TECNOMIG 205 LCD is used for soldering galvanized sheets, welding stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels and aluminum. Welding is carried out in an inert gas shield, active or mixture and with reverse polarity without gas.

Quick synergistic adjustment of welding parameters via LCD display makes the device very easy to use. All you need to do is set the thickness of the welded material and start welding: intelligent and automatic welding arc control system, step by step, will select the best parameters, for each welding position and for each material. The user can also manually set the length of the welding arc and adjust the appearance of the weld to suit their needs.

LCD display allows accurate adjustment of welding parameters such as :

- regulation of inductance

- wire access

- wire burning

- gas outflow after welding

• SYNERGY

It is an innovative control using a microprocessor built into the device. Migomat after approval of the necessary parameters, i.e. wire diameter, type and thickness of material automatically selecting operating parameters.

• Lutowelding (Inductance)

It is an innovative method for joining thin sheets covered with a layer of zinc. The soldering method can be successfully used to join thin sheets made of stainless steel and various name connections, m.in. acid-resistant steel of ordinary quality steel or copper with steel

• HotStart

- Function for easy initiation of the electric arc.

• ArcForce

- function facilitating the conduction and maintenance of the electric arc, especially in the case of materials and/or electrodes that are difficult to weld, e.g. corroded, uncleaned materials, alkaline, acidic electrodes, etc.

• Anti Stick

- short-circuit function, which reduces the welding current to a minimum value when the welder makes a mistake and the electrode is glued to the welded material
