The VIPER 205 D inverter device by MAGNUM is a lightweight, portable energy source. It is used for welding with wrapped electrodes of various grades of non-alloy, low-alloy, high-alloy, stainless, heat-resistant, copper, cast iron steels. The device is characterized by high efficiency of 200 A/60% and excellent arc characteristics for rutile and alkaline electrodes.

The device is based on advanced technology, using IGBT transistors, which translates into reduced electromagnetic interference, low power losses, increased efficiency and reliability of the power source and lower energy consumption.

The VIPER 205 D welding machine is designed to work in stationary and off-road conditions, perform all kinds of workshop, repair, construction work, etc. The welding machine can also be used for welding using the TIG method using a special TIG handle with valve (TIG LIFT method). Arch ignition is then carried out by lightly rubbing the non-melting electrode against the welded material.
