The PATON MultiPRO-200 welder is a professional, multifunctional inverter device for workshop, construction and service applications.

It supports all the most popular welding methods:

• MIG/MAG – welding with gas shielded wire (steel, stainless steel, aluminium),
• MIG/MAG without gas (FCAW) – self-shielding wire welding, ideal for field work,
• MMA – welding with a wrapped electrode,
• TIG HF – TIG welding with non-contact arc ignition (HF module).

Thanks to the use of the HF module, TIG in MultiPRO-200 ensures a clean arc start, no electrode contamination and professional weld quality.

❓ What is the maximum welding current and what materials can be welded?

The MultiPRO-200 offers welding current up to 200 A and smooth adjustment in the range of 10 to 200 A.

Allows welding:

• structural steel up to approx. 8 mm,
• stainless steel up to approx. 6 mm,
• aluminium up to approx. 4 mm (after using the appropriate wire and gas).

The welder has a duty cycle of 70% at 200 A, which ensures the possibility of long-term operation without overheating. It is an ideal choice for workshop work, repairs, steel and bodywork structures. At lower currents (e.g. 120 – 150 A) welding machine can work practically continuously.

❓ What wires can be used in this migraine?

The welder supports wires:

• steel, stainless and aluminium,
• with a diameter of 0,6 to 1,0 mm,
• for 5 kg (⌀ 200 mm) and 15 kg (⌀ 300 mm) spools

If necessary, self-shielding wire (FCAW) can be used without the use of gas – just change the polarity in the device. The precise 4-roll wire feeder ensures even and stable feeding of even soft aluminum wires.

Pulse mode works in all methods:

The pulse function allows for cleaner, more precise and aesthetic welds, especially when welding thin materials, aluminum and stainless steel. In addition, it reduces the amount of chipping and reduces the heating of the material, which protects the elements from deformation.
