⭐ Convenience for all – mobility and safety at the highest level
Regardless of whether you weld using the MMA or TIG method – with the Paton migomat you have full freedom of action. Thanks to the possibility of separating the power source from the wire feeder, you can work exactly where you need it – even in hard-to-reach places. It is an ideal solution for mobile professionals who do not want to be limited by heavy equipment.
Additionally, the welding machine is designed to work in demanding environments. Its housing meets one of the highest levels of protection – IP33, which means:
- Protection against access to hazardous parts with tools – guarantees safe operation even in difficult workshop conditions.
- Protection against foreign solids with a diameter of 2,5 mm and more – dust, metal filings or small elements will not get inside the device.
- Water spray resistance on all sides – the welding machine can withstand splashes at an angle of up to 60° from the vertical, making it ideal for working outdoors and in humid environments.
In short – Paton is equipment that not only adapts to your needs, but also provides you with safety and comfort in all conditions.
⭐ Professional wire feeder – precision you can rely on
The Paton welding machines use an advanced wire feeder with its own control system, which ensures independent and very precise operation. Thanks to this, the user can count on stable, smooth wire feeding – regardless of the length of the cable or operating conditions.
At the heart of this system is a powerful, fully metal feeding mechanism, which is distinguished not only by its durability, but also by its exceptional resistance to dirt and mechanical damage – an additional seal protects it from dust, filings and other contaminants that can affect the quality of welding.
The feeder is equipped with an integrated connector type EURO, which is currently the world standard among professional welding equipment. This makes it easy to connect different types of handles and accessories, increasing compatibility and ease of use.
Many novice welders do not realize how crucial the quality and uniformity of wire feeding in the MIG/MAG method plays. Even the best welding machine will not work properly without an efficient and precise feeder. In the Paton models, you can be sure that the wire will be fed exactly at the speed and force you set – without jamming, tugging or delays.
This is a solution that will be appreciated by both professionals and ambitious amateurs – because a good weld starts with a reliable feeder.
⭐ Features that will make you do everything
Paton MIGOMATES have the possibility of soldering, thanks to the function of changing the inductance in three degrees. Inductance control allows you to optimize the characteristics of the arc depending on the thickness of the welded element.
PULSE FUNCTION
– PULS in TIG method – full control of heat introduced into the material – great function for welding stainless steel and acid-resistant steel,
– PULS in MMA method – easier transfer of material from the electrode to the welding lake, better quality of the welded joint,
– PULS in MIG/MAG method – easier detachment of metal droplets from the end of the electrode wire, the ability to adjust pulsating current parameters. MIG welding with pulsation is useful for welding stainless steels, acid-resistant steels and aluminum alloys. In addition, pulse welding provides better parameters when soldering CuSi3. The device is equipped with the synergic control function in pulse mode, which automatically selects the optimal welding parameters. Thanks to this, it ensures a stable arc and high quality and repeatability of welds, facilitating the work of both less experienced and advanced users.
⭐ Advantages of the Paton ProMIG-200-15-2 inverter welding machine
✅ Working cycle – 70%
The duty cycle determines how long the device can operate at maximum load without the risk of overheating. In the case of the Paton ProMIG-200-15-2 model, it is 70%, which means as much as 7 minutes of continuous welding for every 10 minutes of work. This parameter is particularly important for longer tasks where business continuity counts. Thanks to this, you can work more efficiently, reducing downtime to a minimum and increasing the pace of order execution – both in the workshop and in the field.
✅ Full quality control of each device
Each welding machine undergoes a detailed quality control process before leaving the factory. All key components and operating parameters are tested – from arc stability, through electronics, to safety of use. This process eliminates the risk of manufacturing defects and ensures that the equipment is fully operational from the first start-up. In practice, this means fewer operational problems and greater reliability over the years.
✅ Efficient cooling and harsh environments
The welder has been designed to work in demanding environments – such as dusty production halls, workshops or construction sites. Advanced cooling system effectively dissipates heat, protecting components from overheating. In addition, the design reduces the impact of contaminants on the operation of the device. As a result, the equipment maintains stable operating parameters even under intensive use and in difficult environmental conditions.
✅ Stable operation with voltage fluctuations (160V–260V)
The ProMIG-200-15-2 model is equipped with a stabilization system that allows operation in a wide voltage range – from 160V to 260V. This is a huge advantage in places where the electrical installation is not ideal or there are voltage drops. The device maintains a stable arc and good weld quality even in such conditions, which translates into greater precision of work and lower risk of welding defects.
✅ Modular design – greater mobility
One of the key advantages of this model is the ability to separate the power source from the wire feeder. In practice, this means that if necessary, you can only use the source, without having to move the entire set. This solution significantly increases the comfort of work, especially in hard-to-reach places, at height or during assembly work. Less weight and greater flexibility translate directly into user convenience.
✅ 5 years of service support
By buying a welding machine, you gain up to 60 months of full service support. In case of any fault, you do not have to worry about transport or repair costs – we will pick up the device directly from you and take care of its service. This solution will be especially appreciated by people who intensively use the equipment and can not afford long downtime. Whether you're using the welding machine privately or professionally, you can be sure of safety and continuity for a full 5 years.

❓ FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
❓ What welding methods does this migomat support?
The PATON ProMIG-200 welding machine is a semi-automatic welding machine that supports several methods:
- MIG/MAG – welding with gas shielded wire (steel, stainless steel, aluminium),
- MIG/MAG without gas (FCAW) – self-shielding wire welding, ideal for field work,
- MMA – classic welding with a wrapped electrode,
- TIG Lift – TIG welding with ignition by rubbing (after connecting the TIG handle).
It is a universal device for workshop, garage, construction and assembly work.
❓ What is the maximum welding current and what materials can be welded?
The ProMIG-200 offers welding currents of up to 200 A and smooth adjustment in the range of 10 to 200 A.
Allows welding:
- structural steel up to 8 mm,
- stainless steel up to 6 mm,
- aluminium up to approx. 4 mm (after using the appropriate wire and gas).
The welder has a duty cycle of 70% at 200 A, which ensures the possibility of long-term operation without overheating. It is an ideal choice for workshop work, repairs, steel and bodywork structures.
❓ What wires can be used in this migraine?
The welder supports wires:
- steel, stainless and aluminium,
- with a diameter of 0,6 to 1,0 mm,
- for 5 kg (⌀ 200 mm) and 15 kg (⌀ 300 mm) spools.
If necessary, self-shielding wire (FCAW) can be used without the use of gas – just change the polarity in the device.
❓ Does the welding machine have a pulse function?
Yes — PATON ProMIG-200 has a pulse welding function.
Pulse mode works in all methods:
- MMA: 0,2...500 Hz – adjustable
- TIG: 0,2...500 Hz – adjustable
- MIG/MAG: synergistic
The pulse function allows for cleaner, more precise and aesthetic welds, especially when welding thin materials, aluminum and stainless steel. In addition, it reduces the amount of chipping and reduces the heating of the material, which protects the elements from deformation.
❓ What is the service and warranty?
PATON welding machines are manufactured in Europe and not in China, which guarantees high quality, durability and reliability. The ProMIG-200 model is covered by 5-year service care, implemented in Poland – in an authorized service center in Rzeszów. This is a guarantee of fast and professional technical support.
