Synergistic welding machine DIGIMIG 207 EASYLITE is used for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals. It enables welding using MMA (wrapped electrode), TIG Lift, and MIG/MAG methods. The MIG/MAG method can be used in manual and synergic mode, simplifying its operation and allowing the use of the welding machine by people with less experience and hobbyists. Thanks to the change of polarity, the device allows MIG/MAG welding using both standard wires in the protective gas shield and self-shielding powder wires. The welder is made in IGBT technology allowing for a significant reduction in weight and dimensions of the device and an increase in efficiency while reducing energy consumption. The welder is equipped with a colorful display LED, VRD function and adjustable functions Hot Start and Arc Force. The device allows you to connect a Spool Gun (SG) type handle with a mini wire feeder mounted in it and a D100 spool of steel or colored wire.
SYNERGY - this is a modern electronic microprocessor control that automatically selects operating parameters depending on the wire diameter, type and thickness of the material.
TIG LIFT - possibility of TIG LIFT touch welding. Arch ignition is carried out by lightly rubbing the non-melting electrode against the welded material.
IGBT - the welding machine uses modern transistors, a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference small power losses in basic systems, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the power source.
SPOOL GUN - welding torch with built-in wire feeder. It is used mainly in car workshops and in welding thin sheets, it is perfect for hard-to-reach places and at heights. A spool with welding wire is placed in the handle of the handle. The handle has a standard EURO connection and a control plug.
FLUX (FCAW) - arc welding with powder wire, not requiring the use of gas cylinders. We use self-shielding wire, which is filled with flux or a chemical that produces protective gases during welding.
REG. INDUCTANCE - controls the width and depth of melting and reduces the amount of chipping. Allowing less heat to be introduced into the welding site, the sheet does not deform and the protective zinc layer is not damaged, useful in soldering.
ARC FORCE - allows you to adjust the dynamics of the welding arc. Reducing the value of the function gives a soft arc and a smaller depth of melt, while increasing the value of the function causes deeper melting and the possibility of welding with a short arc. When setting the largest value for the ARC FORCE function, it is possible to "press the electrode into the lake of molten metal and burn the material through.
HOT START - this is a temporary increase in welding current to facilitate the ignition of the electric arc and the preheating of the welded material.
2T/4T - when the start button is pressed, the welding process is stopped after releasing the button - when the button is pressed and released for the first time, the welding process takes place at the second press, it is a more convenient solution for longer welds.
VRD - a voltage reduction system whose task is to turn off the power supply within a few milliseconds after welding. This function is also responsible for reducing the voltage on the wrapped electrode to a safe level
