The MIG 200 SMART synergistic welding machine is used for manual welding of steel. It is a very easy to use device that allows welding using MMA (wrapped electrode), TIG Lift, and MIG/MAG methods in synergistic mode.

Thanks to the change of polarity , the device allows MIG/MAG welding using both standard wires in protective gas shielding and self-shielding powder wires.

The welder allows you to connect a Spool Gun handle with a mini wire feeder mounted in it and a D100 spool of steel or colored wire.

The MIG/MAG method can be used in manual and synergistic mode. Synergistic programs are available for steel, Al. alloys and for self-shielding wire welding.

The device is made in IGBT technology, which allows for a significant reduction in the weight and dimensions of the welding machine and an increase in efficiency while reducing energy consumption.

The welding machine is used in closed or covered rooms, not exposed to direct atmospheric influences.

IGBT TECHNOLOGY

Modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an isolated gate. It combines the ease of control of field transistors with high breakdown voltage and the speed of switching bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology has an impact on significantly extending the reliable operation of welding equipment.

PROTECTION AGAINST OVERHEATING

The IGBT module is protected from overheating by a protective installation that turns off the welding circuit of the device. After a few minutes, the welding machine is cooled to a temperature allowing it to be switched on again.

WORK CYCLE

The work cycle is based on a 10-minute period. The 60% duty cycle means that a 4-minute break is required after 6 minutes of operation of the device. The 100% duty cycle means that the device can work continuously, without interruptions.

MMA

A method in which a wrapped electrode is used, consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. The device allows welding with all types of electrodes.

POLARITY CHANGE - WELDING WITHOUT GAS

Thanks to the variable polarity, it is possible to weld using the FLUX method with powder wire without shielding gas. The wire is filled with flux producing protective gases during welding.

SYNERGY

MIG/MAG welding using synergistic settings. The device selects welding parameters depending on the selected type and thickness of the material.

These parameters can be changed by the user to adjust the settings to suit their needs. Many programs have been prepared for synergistic welding.

2 ROLLER WIRE FEEDER

Professional feeder made of die-cast aluminum, has a strong motor, which allows for stable wire feeding without jamming. It is equipped with 2 drive rollers.

Easy to use control panel allows precise and smooth adjustment of parameters. Digital LCD display indicates the actual current during welding. The semi-automatic welding machine has a menu that facilitates operation and allows you to choose the type of welded material.

EURODISCONNECTION

Standard welding torch connection that allows you to connect various types of torches (e.g. prepared for welding Aluminum by replacing the Teflon cartridge and current tip).

WELDING WITH SPOOL GUN HANDLE

The SPOOL GUN welding torch with built-in wire feeder is used for MIG/MAG welding. It is mainly used in car workshops and in welding thin sheets.

The D100 welding wire spool is placed in the handle of the handle. The handle has a standard EURO connection and a control plug.

TIG LIFT WELDING

The device gives the possibility of welding using the TIG method (in the argon shield), after connecting the additional TIG welding torch with a gas valve in the handle to the inverter welding machine. Arching occurs as a result of rubbing the electrode with the welded material.
