EFFICIENT OPERATION THANKS TO PROFESSIONAL WIRE FEEDER
Welding machine with 4 roller wire feeder, thanks to which the wire is fed smoothly and uniformly depending on the needs. The advantage of the extended feeder is the possibility of connecting long MIG handles. The lamp inside of the welding machine allows easy wire exchange in the feeder. Button (INCHING) allowing fast extension of the wire. Possibility to set wire feed speed [m/min].
Feeder with the possibility of mounting a spool of wire D200 or D300. In use for garage work where mobility of the device counts. D300 for mounting the spool 15kg, when we know that the device will work in long work cycles where long welds will be made.

HANDLE WITH EURO CONNECTOR
The welder has a EURO socket for MIG welding wire. The socket allows you to quickly change the handle to the same standard.
Inductance adjustment allows optimization of arc characteristics depending on the thickness of the welded element and the welding method and conditions.
The function is useful during MIG/MAG welding of thin elements, preventing them from burning out and soldering galvanized elements.
The thinner the MIG/MAG welded element, the higher the inductance (soft arc - less melting), for thick elements vice versa (hard arch - greater melting).
The standard neutral inductance setting is in the middle of the scale.
Changing the inductance value also reduces the amount of welding chips during CO2 shielded welding.
The optimal setting of the inductance value depends on several factors and may differ from the standard recommendations, it should be selected during welding tests by manipulating the potentiometer knob.

✔ MIG/MAG welding
Arc welding in gas shields is one of the most commonly used processes for the manufacture of welded structures. The semi-automatic welding process involves melting the edges of the welded object and the material of the hot melt electrode with the heat of an electric arc glowing between the electrode in the form of a solid wire and the welded detail, in an inert or active gas shield.
✔ Welding MMA
In the MMA method, a wrapped electrode is used, consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. An electric arc is produced between the end of the electrode and the welded material. Arching is created by touching the end of the electrode to the welded material.
✔ Welding TIG LIFT DC
In the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) method, the electric arc is ignitioned in an inert gas (argon) shield between the welded element and the non-melting electrode, made of pure tungsten or tungsten with additives. In TIG DC Lift mode, the arc glow occurs when the electrode comes into contact with the welded element. In TIG DC mode, the current is constant.

Self-shielding powder wire fi 1,0mm/5kg E71T-GS is designed for welding ordinary carbon steels and increased strength not exceeding 510 MPa.
