UNIVERSAL WELDING MACHINE
Spartus Easy MIG 200 is a semi-automatic welding machine designed for welding with MIG/MAG and MMA methods with a maximum current of 200A at 60% efficiency. Thanks to this, we are guaranteed to obtain a melt with a maximum thickness of 5mm (the maximum thickness of the welded material is 10mm).
SMOOTH REGULATION AND SOLDERING OF CUSI3
The welder allows for smooth adjustment of parameters and stable operation in long cycles without worrying about the welder turning off. It allows welding without chipping of both thin sheets and thick profiles and the process of lutowelding of sheets covered with a layer of zinc, used mainly in the automotive industry. We can use it as a MMA welding machine for welding with wrapped electrodes.
MIG-MAG SYNERGY
Spartus 200 Easy is a modern electronic microprocessor control that automatically selects operating parameters depending on the wire diameter. Pressing the function button three times will allow us to choose the gas and wire diameter. Available options for CO2 – wire diameter 0.6/0.8/1.0mm and for Ar80 – wire diameter 0.8/1.0mm
CHECK OUT THE OTHER ADVANTAGES
2T/4T - at two bars after pressing the start button, the welding process takes place after releasing the button, the welding process is stopped - at four bars after the first press and release of the button, the welding process stops at the second press. This is a more convenient solution for longer welds.
REG. INDUCTION - allowing less heat to be introduced into the welding site. The sheet does not deform and the protective layer of zinc is not damaged, useful in lutowelding.
LUTOSPELING - this is a process by which you can freely connect galvanized sheets, which are often used in car bodies. The main advantage of solder welding is the maintenance of a protective zinc coating at the solder-zinc interface.
FLUX - arc welding with powder wire, not requiring the use of gas cylinders. We use self-shielding wire, which is filled with flux or a chemical that produces protective gases during welding.
PRE GAS + POST GAS - function helpful to cover the welding lake. The lack of additional gas shielding may result in oxidation of the weld.
OVERLOAD SWITCH - built-in protection against overheating of the device, prolonging its service life.
BURN BACK - does not allow the electrode wire to be melted to the current tip, as a result of the temporary extension of the wire after the welding process.
EUROCONNECTOR - allowing the interchangeable use of various types of handles.
