Function TIG DC and TIG DC PULS is used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels, copper and titanium.

Function TIG AC and TIG AC PULS: allows welding of aluminium and its alloys and brass.

PULS - thanks to the regulation of TIG PULS pulsed welding parameters, we have an impact on the shape of the weld and the focus of the arc. Pulse welding also reduces the amount of heat supplied to the material and allows thin materials to be welded.

2T/4T - modes of source operation control. In two bars, pressing the TIG handle button starts welding, releasing the button ends welding. In four bars, pressing and releasing the button causes welding to start, to finish it you need to press and release the button again. Four bars are mainly used when making long welds, because it does not require holding the button on the handle all the time during operation.

PWM - (Pulse Width Modulation) – is a pulse width modulation, i.e. a method of adjusting a voltage or current signal with a constant frequency and amplitude. This technology allows you to deliver less energy to the device at a specific time.

POST GAS - regulation of gas outflow time after extinguishing the welding arc. This is a helpful feature to cover the welding lake. The lack of additional gas shielding may result in oxidation of the weld.

PRE GAS – gas outflow before arcing. Protects the lake from the harmful effects of atmospheric air. Regulation expressed in seconds.

IN ADDITION, THE WELDING MACHINE HAS MANY FUNCTIONS SUPPORTING MMA WELDING, SUCH AS:

ARC FORCE (short-circuit current adjustment) - facilitates the transfer of a drop of molten electrode to the welded material, preventing the arc from extinguishing when the drop of electrode contacts the welding lake.
