The VERKE inverter welder is a top-of-the-line welding device for MMA work (welding with a wide range of wrapped electrodes). It is designed to perform a wide range of welding tasks as part of the MMA method, allows welding of elements and structures made of carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized and cast iron using appropriate wrapped electrodes (rutile, cellulose, alkaline, for galvanized steel, stainless steel INOX) in all the most popular diameters and required positions. Smooth adjustment and digital display of current settings allow you to choose the optimal parameters depending on the type and thickness of the materials being processed and the electrodes used. Advanced IGBT inverter technology

Bipolar transistor with insulated gate. The high frequency of the inverter significantly reduces the volume and weight of the welding machine. Significant reduction of magnetic losses and resistance obviously increases welding efficiency and translates into energy savings.

The switching frequency is outside the audible limit range, which almost completely eliminates noise.

Efficient cooling

Thanks to the use of a large fan in a small welding machine housing, the air flow was increased, which reduced the temperature of the transistors. The efficiency of the device is up to 60%.

▶ Built-in automatic functions to facilitate work:

✔ HOT START

Popularly called hot start, it allows by temporarily increasing the welding current above the value set by the welder. HOT START works at the moment of arcing and is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material. It is a great convenience when lighting the electrode.

✔ ANTI STICK

cuts/minimizes welding voltage and current in case of short circuit of the electrode with the welded material. ANTI STICK allows the welder to detach the electrode more easily.

✔ ARC FORCE

stabilizes the arch regardless of its length. Regulates the dynamics of the welding arc. By reducing the value of the function, it gives a soft arc and a smaller depth of melt, while increasing the value of the function causes deeper melting and the possibility of welding with a short arc. At the highest value for the ARC FORCE function, it is possible to "press the electrode into a lake of molten metal and burn the material through.
