Inverter welding machine EXPERT TIG 220 AC/DC PULSE IDEAL

EXPERT TIG 220 AC/DC PULSE is a portable power source, made in the IGBT technology, designed for welding using the TIG and TIG PULS method with alternating current (AC), constant current (DC), and the MMA method with a direct current (DC) electrode. The small size and weight make the device perfect for both workshop work and field work.

The device has welding modes: TIG DC, TIG DC PULS, TIG AC, TIG AC PULS, MMA.

The TIG DC and TIG DC PULS functions are used for welding stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels, copper and titanium.

TIG AC and TIG AC PULS: allows welding of aluminium and its alloys and brass.

By adjusting the parameters of pulse welding TIG PULS we have an impact on the shape of the weld and the focus of the arc. Pulse welding also reduces the amount of heat supplied to the material and is applicable when welding thin materials.

Arching occurs in non-contact (HF) or touch mode (LIFT). The LIFT function is used during welding in environments with a high risk of electromagnetic interference affecting the environment.

Both with HF touchless and LIFT touchless ignition, we have the option of selecting the button function in the TIG handle between working in 2-bar or 4-bar mode (button lock for long welds).

Clear and easy to use digital control panel allows accurate adjustment of the device, ensures stable parameters and high welding quality.

The welder also has functions facilitating the welding process using the MMA method with a wrapped electrode:

ARC FORCE: short-circuit current adjustment - facilitates the transfer of a drop of molten electrode to the welded material, preventing the arc from extinguishing when the drop of electrode contacts the welding lake

HOT START: hot start adjustment - facilitates the ignition of the electrode by providing more welding current with each arc.

ANTI STICK: anti-short-circuit - automatically turns off the welding voltage if the electrode sticks to the welded material, which facilitates its detachment and prevents the accidental formation of a welding arc

VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function - reduces the resting voltage of the idle state on the electrode to a safe value. Provides shock safety when working in humid environments.

Solid SR 26 handle with leather braided remote control

The device is equipped with the highest quality welding torch TIG SR 26 length 4m. It is characterized by high current capacity, thanks to which it can easily cope with work in long cycles and at high currents. It also has remote control in the handle, giving the ability to change the welding current during operation without the need to adjust on the machine panel.

The parts for the handle are standard and available virtually anywhere without any problems.
