TIG 215P AC/DC inverter welder is a modern, multi-process welding device designed for professional workshop, service and production applications. The design based on IGBT technology ensures stable operating parameters, high energy efficiency and precise control of the welding arc.

The device enables the implementation of three methods of manual welding, which makes it a universal solution for working with structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and their alloys.

• MMA DC (Manual Metal Arc) – welding with a direct current (DC) electrode, designed for welding structural steels.
• TIG HF DC (Tungsten Inert Gas – direct current) – welding with a non-melting electrode in an inert gas shield (Argon), enabling precise joining of steel, stainless steel, copper and its alloys.
• TIG HF AC (Tungsten Inert Gas – alternating current) – welding of aluminium and its alloys with oxide layer cleaning control.

• TIG pulse (DC) – welding with current pulsation enables linear energy control, reduction of deformations and improvement of weld quality, especially with thin materials.
• Regulation of current drop time (0 to 25 s) – smooth arc extinction, preventing the formation of craters and final cracks.
• Gas pre-flow regulation (0,1 – 3 s) – protection of the electrode against arc ignition.
• Regulation of TIG gas flow (1 to 15 s) – protection of the electrode and welding lake after welding.
• AC frequency control (20 – 300 Hz) – control of arc focus and stability during welding of aluminium.
• AC balance adjustment (20 – 80%) – the ability to adjust the positive and negative proportion of half of the current, which allows you to control the depth of melting and the effectiveness of oxide removal.
• Electrode cleaning function – improves the working conditions of the tungsten electrode.
