The new XPro series is designed for users who want more than a standard TIG DC welder. It combines modern features, a high-quality arc, and solutions that significantly improve the comfort of daily welding.

TIG HF / TIG Lift – comfortable glow and full arc control

SPARTUS XPro TIG 200P DC offers two ways of arcing TIG – contactless HF and TIG Lift. The HF glow allows you to start working quickly and comfortably without the electrode coming into contact with the material, reducing the risk of tungsten weld contamination. Lift mode provides stable glow in places requiring limitation of electromagnetic interference.

Stable arc characteristics and precise parameter control allow to obtain high quality of welds when working with stainless steel, black steel or other TIG DC welded materials.

TIG Pulse and Cold Weld – more control over welding energy

The device is equipped with an advanced TIG Pulse mode, which allows precise control of the amount of energy introduced into the material. The pulse facilitates the control of the welding lake, reduces the amount of deformation and improves the aesthetics of welds, especially when welding thin elements.

Cold Weld function allows you to reduce the amount of heat transferred to the material even more effectively. This solution is perfect when working with thin sheets, elements requiring high aesthetics and wherever it is crucial to reduce discoloration and deformation of the material.

SPARTUS XPro TIG 200P DC has been prepared for comfortable operation both during short welding operations and long-term production tasks. 2T and 4T modes allow you to adjust the way the handle works to the nature of the tasks performed and increase the comfort of the operator during longer welding.

The device offers a wide range of possibilities for remote control of welding current. Works with handles equipped with a micro switch, potentiometer control and foot control. Thanks to this, the operator can adjust the configuration of the device to his own preferences and the type of work performed, maintaining full control over the welding process without interrupting work.

SPARTUS ProFLEX 170 – premium handle as standard

The set includes a professional SPARTUS ProFLEX 170 handle designed for maximum comfort during everyday work. This solution distinguishes the device from many competing models available in this segment.

The handle, manufactured in Poland has been designed with maximum ergonomics and comfort in mind for everyday work. The shorter, lightweight handle and compact torch body allow for more confident grip, improve movement precision, and facilitate welding in hard-to-reach places. The use of professional cotton braided cables manufactured in the USA also contributes to exceptional work comfort. The dense outer braid guarantees above-average flexibility at both high and low temperatures , so the cable does not stiffen during operation and naturally follows the welder's movement.
