WELDMAN ARC 207 - Single-phase powered inverter welding machine 230V made in IGBT technology, which allows welding using the following methods:

➡ MMA

• MMA - welding with wrapped electrodes (rutile, alkaline, acidic).

➡ TIG

• TIG LIFT DC - welding with a non-melting electrode in an inert gas shield.

The TIG method can be welded after connecting an additional handle, available at our auctions.

The device has a high maximum welding current of 200A, with a duty cycle of 60%, which allows welding elements with a thickness of up to 12mm.

⭐ IGBT INVERTER TECHNOLOGY - ang. Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor - is a modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an isolated gate. It combines the ease of control of field transistors with high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology has the effect of significantly extending the reliable operation of welding equipment.

IN ADDITION, THE DEVICE HAS THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS TO SUPPORT WELDING:

✅ ARC FORCE short-circuit current regulation - facilitates the transfer of a drop of molten electrode to the welded material, preventing the arc from extinguishing when the drop of electrode contacts the welding lake.

✅ HOT START - facilitates the ignition of the electrode by providing more welding current with each arc.

✅ ANTI STICK - short-circuit function - reduces the welding current to a minimum value when the welder makes a mistake and the electrode is glued to the welded material. This makes it easier to detach the electrode from the welded material and protects the electrode holder from damage.

The device has a clear, easy-to-use panel:

⚡ It has a digital display of welding current, equipped with a system of lamps that greatly facilitates work.

⚡ The LEDs on the front panel indicate that they are connected to the power supply (green LED) or switched off due to overload (red LED).

⚡ During operation, there is also electronically controlled smooth regulation of welding current and special protection of equipment against overload.

☀ VERSATILITY OF THE DEVICE ☀

The welding machine from WELDMAN, is a device with a wide range of applications, designed as an inverter power source enabling welding with the MMA buffer electrode, as well as the TIG Lift method.

✔ Welding MMA

In the MMA method, a wrapped electrode is used, consisting of a metal core covered with a sheath. An electric arc is produced between the end of the electrode and the welded material. Arching is created by touching the end of the electrode to the welded material.

✔ Welding TIG DC

In the TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) method, the electric arc is ignitioned in an inert gas (argon) shield between the welded element and the non-melting electrode, made of pure tungsten or tungsten with additives. In TIG DC Lift mode, the arc glow occurs when the electrode comes into contact with the welded element. In TIG DC mode, the current is constant.
