Welding FCAW
The FCAW method is arc welding with core wire (powder). It is a welding method similar to the MIG/MAG method, except that the wire inside is filled with flux or a chemical that produces protective gases during welding. FCAW welding combines the advantages of both wrapped electrode welding and MAG welding.
The MINI MIG 160 SYNERGIA welding machine is a single-phase device made in accordance with innovative IGBT inverter technology. It is these features that distinguish this semi-automatic welding machine. What’s more, this product was created for welding by three methods:
- FLUX (without gas shield) – black steel
- MMA (DC electrode welding) – black steel, stainless steel, aluminium and cast iron
- TIG DC LIFT (contact arc glow) – black steel, stainless steel, copper and cast iron.
Thanks to its compact design, the welding machine will do its job both in and out of the halls. The welding machine also has a rigid handle for easy transport.
The device is used in closed or covered rooms, not exposed to direct weather conditions. It is designed mainly for amateur work and light casual workshop work.
