The VERKE inverter welder is a top-of-the-line welding device for MMA work (welding with a wide range of wrapped electrodes). Thanks to the use of modern IGBT technology and high-quality components, they are ideal for professional welding work related to the automotive industry, steel structures and others. The latest technology, precision and quality of workmanship and optimally selected parameters make it an extremely functional tool. It is designed to perform a wide range of welding tasks as part of the MMA method, allows welding of elements and structures made of carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized and cast iron using appropriate wrapped electrodes (rutile, cellulose, alkaline, for galvanized steel, stainless steel INOX) in all the most popular diameters and required positions.

Smooth adjustment allows you to choose the optimal parameters depending on the type and thickness of the materials being processed and the electrodes used. The device has an integrated cooling system (thermostat and fan), which protects against overheating and significantly extends the time of uninterrupted operation. It is equipped with HOT START welding arc optimization functions (supports arc ignition), ARC FORCE (stabilizes the arc in case of fluctuations in its length) and ANTI STICK (limits sticking the electrode to the material being processed). ✔ Advanced IGBT inverter technology

Bipolar transistor with insulated gate. The high frequency of the inverter significantly reduces the volume and weight of the welding machine. Significant reduction of magnetic losses and resistance obviously increases welding efficiency and translates into energy savings.

The switching frequency is outside the audible limit range, which almost completely eliminates noise.

✔ HOT START

Popularly called hot start, it allows by temporarily increasing the welding current above the value set by the welder. HOT START works at the moment of arcing and is designed to prevent the electrode from sticking to the material. It is a great convenience when lighting the electrode.

✔ ANTI STICK

cuts/minimizes welding voltage and current in case of short circuit of the electrode with the welded material. ANTI STICK allows the welder to detach the electrode more easily.

✔ ARC FORCE

stabilizes the arch regardless of its length. Regulates the dynamics of the welding arc. By reducing the value of the function, it gives a soft arc and a smaller depth of melt, while increasing the value of the function causes deeper melting and the possibility of welding with a short arc. At the highest value for the ARC FORCE function, it is possible to "press the electrode into a lake of molten metal and burn the material through.
