it is a professional, technologically advanced semi-automatic welding machine designed for welding using the following methods:
➡ MIG/MAG:
Arc welding in gas shields (CO2 or Argon+CO2) is one of the most commonly used processes for the production of welded structures. The semi-automatic welding process involves melting the edges of the welded object and the welding material (welding wire on a roll) with an electric arc produced between the welding wire fed by the handle and the welded material.
Available Modes:
- MIG PULS - synergistic settings with single pulse,
- MIG 2-PULS - synergistic settings with double pulse,
- MIG SYN - MIG/MAG welding with synergistic settings,
- MIG MAN - MIG-MAG welding in manual (traditional) mode,
- FLUX / FCAW - self-shielding wire welding. This is a similar welding process as MIG/MAG but does not require a gas cylinder. On the wire there is a thin layer of powder, which at the time of arc formation produces gas covering the working area.
➡ TIG LIFT DC - welding with a non-melting electrode (tungsten) in an inert gas shield (Argon) using an additional handle. In the TIG DC Lift mode, the arc glow occurs when the electrode with the welded element is contacted (the button in the handle does not ignite the arc, the gas is connected directly from the reducer to the handle). In TIG Lift DC mode, the current is constant.

IDEAL EXPERT MIG 301 PULSE Pro7 LCD has a readable and easy to use function panel, which has i.a.:
- JOB button - Key with folder icon. A single press opens the device's JOB desktop.
- USB socket - Allows you to save/load welding programs from an external media.
- SETTING button - Key with sprocket pictogram. A single press opens the device settings dashboard.
- LCD display - Touch screen showing all parameters and functions of the device.
- Left potentiometer (LP) - Responsible for adjusting some functions/parameters. Allows left/right movement and pressing.
- Functional button left (LK) - Pressing the button triggers the menu to select the welding method or return to the main board, previously selected method.
- Functional button right (PK) - Pressing the button triggers the menu of additional functions or returns to the main board, previously selected method
- Right potentiometer (PP) - Responsible for adjusting some functions/parameters. Allows left/right movement and pressing.

- Additional functions for each welding method.
✔ INDUCTANCE ADJUSTMENT - function is useful during welding using the MIG/MAG method of thin elements, preventing them from burning out and soldering galvanized elements. Changing the inductance value also reduces the amount of welding chips during CO2 shielded welding. Thanks to the inductance adjustment, the welding machine is suitable for lutowelding. Depending on the model of the welding machine, the adjustment is automatic or can be adjusted manually.
✔ MANUAL MODE - the ability to manually set the welding machine and make adjustments to synergistic settings (most synergistic welding machines currently available on the Polish market do not have a fully manual mode, and thus it is not possible to manually set the m.in wire feed speed, which is not always in synergy tailored to our needs).
✔ SYNERGY - is a very helpful feature available in professional welding equipment class PREMIUM. By setting the appropriate program or entering parameters, the device will independently select most welding settings, such as wire feed speed or appropriate voltage, according to the programmed data.
✔ DUAL PULS - provides better transfer of the binder into the welded material, which fundamentally improves control over the welding process and the quality of the weld itself. It allows you to work in all positions and is especially useful for forced positions. It provides less heat impact, works well in the case of thinner materials or those with increased thermal conductivity, such as: aluminium alloys. Reduces the amount of chipping. The most advanced welding method, in which current pulses occur in two ranges, thanks to which we obtain the optimal aesthetics of the weld face, the so-called. husk effect.
✔ PULS - pulsed current welding, in which high and low current are alternately used. This reduces overall heat supply and splatter while providing greater resistance to non-melting. This method can be used to weld both metals with high thermal conductivity and thinner metals without burning them. Additionally, you can get narrower and more penetrating welds on thicker metals.
✔ SPOT WELDING - It consists in making small area of joining materials of small thickness. Most often, spot welding of sheet metal is carried out. This procedure is also referred to as one-sided welding.
✔ SOLDERING - is a method that resembles MIG/MAG welding to a fairly large extent, but the energy supplied in this case is much less. This means that soldering is used to join thin sheets covered with a layer of zinc. The described method is a bonding process during which solder melts, not the material we work with.
✔ POST GAS - regulation of gas outflow time after welding arc extinction. This is a helpful feature to cover the welding lake. The lack of additional gas shielding may result in oxidation of the weld.
✔ PRE GAS - gas flow before arcing. Protects the lake from the harmful effects of atmospheric air. Regulation expressed in seconds.
✔ TWO-BAR 2T - pressing the button initiates gas outflow and welding current, releasing the button turns off welding current and gas outflow.
✔ FOUR-BAR 4T - pressing and releasing the handle button initiates gas outflow and welding current, re-pressing and releasing the button turns off the welding current and gas outflow.
✔ S2T - special two-bar with hot start and final current.
✔ S4T - special four-bar with hot start and final current.
✔ HOT START - facilitates the ignition of the electrode by providing more welding current with each arc.
✔ ARC FORCE - is a function that facilitates the transfer of a drop of molten electrode to the welded material, preventing the arc from being extinguished when the drop of electrode contacts the welding lake.
✔ VRD - is a voltage reduction system whose task is to turn off the power supply within a few milliseconds after welding. This function is also responsible for reducing the voltage on the wrapped electrode to a safe level.
✔ SLOW FEED - adjustable wire access speed, allows stable glowing especially in cases of high wire feeding speed. It reduces the risk of welding defects at the beginning of the weld to a minimum.
✔ BURN BACK - It is possible to adjust the time for which the voltage at the output of the device still occurs after stopping the wire feeding. This feature prevents the welding wire from getting stuck in the welded material and prepares the end of the wire for the next arc. Higher function values cause the wire to burn closer to the current tip.
✔ INVERTER TECHNOLOGY IGBT - is a modern technology based on bipolar transistors with an isolated gate. It combines the ease of control of field transistors with high breakdown voltage and switching speed of bipolar transistors. The use of IGBT technology has the effect of significantly extending the reliable operation of welding equipment.

EFFICIENT OPERATION THANKS TO PROFESSIONAL WIRE FEEDER
The welder is equipped with a solid wire feeder, which guarantees stability and continuity of operation of the device.
The 4x4 feeder allows precise extension of the welding wire excluding its slippage.
The feeder has a quick wire change knob as well as a wire feed roller.
Inside the feeder compartment there are also function buttons (from the left):
