PRODUCT INFORMATION:
The MIG-250 NOTIG TOOLS inverter welder is a top-of-the-line welding device for MMA, MIG and TIG-LIFT work.
The welder can use most types of electrodes available on the market, e.g. ordinary, rutile, cellulose. The welding machine can use electrodes designed for welding stainless steel, alloy steel, as well as non-ferrous metals.
The MIG welding properties of the machine are optimal for steel wire with a diameter of 0,8 mm. You can also use 0,6mm or 1,0mm solid or core wire as welding wire
IGBT MIG 250 welder is equipped with the following technologies:
Anti-stick - prevents short circuits, reduces the welding current to a minimum value when an error occurs, when the electrode is glued to the welded material. This makes it easier to detach the electrode from the welded material.
Arc force - stabilization of short-circuit current, ensures obtaining a stable arc and a small number of chippings, shortening the arc length is accompanied by an increase in welding current, which stabilizes the arc regardless of length fluctuations, automatic or adjustable with a potentiometer.
Hot start - when the arc is lit, it is briefly increased approx. 30% welding current, which facilitates proper shaping of the melt and weld face.
TIG LIFT - TIG welding with a special TIG handle with valve. Arch ignition is carried out by lightly rubbing the non-melting electrode against the welded material.
MIG – welding with a hot melt electrode in an inert gas shield.
