MAGNUM MIG 352 DUAL PULS SYNERGIA is an advanced inverter semi-automatic welding machine designed for precise welding of a variety of materials. With the ability to weld using the MIG/MAG, MMA PULS, TIG LIFT PULS method and spot welding, the device offers exceptional versatility and performance in professional applications.
The device allows welding with a single and double pulsation, and also has SYNERGY and MANUAL modes, thanks to which the user has full control over the welding process. With 20 channels of programmable memory, it is possible to store and recall your favorite welding settings.

⏩MIGRATION WELDING WITH PULSE
In MIG welding with pulsating arc, the end of the electrode wire is accelerated melting and metal droplets are formed and peeled off. The resulting welding arc and metal flow characteristics from the end of the wire to the welding lake ensure better connector quality and less chipping. Pulse MIG welding also reduces the thermal deformation created during welding, making this method particularly recommended for welding stainless and acid-resistant steels.

- MIG/MAG is a popular process both in hobby applications and in industry. It consists in welding with a hot melt electrode (in the form of wire wound on a spool) in a gas shield. The advantages of semi-automatic MIG/MAG welding include: ease of mastering the method at the basic level, high welding efficiency, high quality of the resulting weld.
- MMA - this is probably the best known and widespread welding method. The type and diameter of the wrapped electrode is selected depending on the type of material being welded. The MMA method does not require shielding gases. Welding is carried out using an electrode in a special sheath, which under the influence of the heat of the welding arc melts to form a weld. Melting sheath provides protection for the welding lake.
- TIG - TIG lift welding (non-melting tungsten electrode), inert gas shielding, with tactile arc ignition method.
- IGBT - welding machine is made in modern inverter technology using IGBT transistors. Thanks to this, it has stable welding parameters, enjoys high efficiency and, above all, ensures good welding quality.
- INDUCTANCE - weld face width control and reduction of welding chipping,
- SYNERGY - By setting the appropriate program or entering parameters, the device will independently select most welding settings, such as wire feed speed or appropriate voltage, according to the programmed data.
- 2T - pressing the button initiates gas outflow and welding current, releasing the button turns off welding current and gas outflow
- 4T - pressing and releasing the handle button initiates gas outflow and welding current, pressing and releasing the button again turns off the current
- S2T - a special two-bar with the possibility of setting the initial current IS (hot start) and final IE (crater filling) and their duration. Pressing the button initiates the hot start current, which lasts according to the set TS time, then changes to the set main welding current. Release of the button changes the current value to the crater filling current, which lasts according to the set time TE. After a while, these bows go out
- S4T - a special four-bar with the possibility of setting the initial current IS (hot start) and the final IE (crater filling). Pressing the button initiates a hot start current that lasts as long as the button is pressed. Release of the button causes the transition to the main welding current. Pressing the button again causes the current to pass to the value of the crater filling current, which lasts as long as the button is pressed. Release of the button extinguishes the arc and completes the process.
