SPARTUS EasyTIG 200XP AC/DC is a modern, inverter TIG/MMA AC/DC welding machine, powered from a single-phase 230V network. Thanks to the use of IGBT transistor technology and digital control, the device offers a wide range of welding possibilities by various methods while maintaining compact dimensions and low weight.

EasyTIG 200XP AC/DC is a universal welding source that is perfect for both workshop and field work, while offering advanced functions typical of much larger and more expensive equipment.

WELDING TIG

EasyTIG 200XP AC/DC enables TIG welding in AC and DC modes, offering a choice of contactless arc (HF) and rubbing (Lift) arc ignition. The welder is equipped with a pulse mode, allowing for precise connection of thin elements with excellent control over welding parameters.

The user has at his disposal m.in.:

• AC waveform shape adjustment: rectangular, sinusoidal, triangular
• Regulation of AC balance (20 – 80%) and AC frequency (20 – 250Hz)
• Full pulse control: base current, pulse current, pulse width and frequency (up to 200Hz)
• Control of pre-gas and post-gas time, current build-up and drop
• TIG SPOT and TIG Cold Weld mode for spot and low temperature welding

WELDING MMA

EasyTIG 200XP AC/DC is also an effective tool for welding with a wrapped electrode (MMA) in both direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC). The process is supported by the following functions:

• Hot Start – facilitates arcing at the beginning of welding
• Arc Force – automatically adjusts arc dynamics for better control

Thanks to this, the welding machine can cope even with difficult electrodes and in demanding working positions.

MEMORY CHANNELS

SPARTUS EasyTIG 200XP AC/DC offers up to 10 memory channels that allow you to save and quickly recall the most frequently used settings. This feature is particularly useful when working with various materials and techniques, saving time and increasing the repeatability of welds.

CONTROL

The device can be operated in 2T or 4T mode, with the option to choose between TIG 1B handle control or with potentiometer, and optional foot control. The clear, digital control panel with graphic TIG waveform makes it easy to configure and adjust the parameters to the user's requirements.
