SHERMAN V4 visor - protect your eyes and head

The Sherman V4 automatic welding visor is designed to protect the eyes and face from sparks, chipping and harmful radiation during electric and gas welding, soldering, soldering, oxygen cutting and grinding.

The automatic blackout filter automatically changes from light to dark after arcing, and when the welding is finished, it becomes bright again.

Adjustment of the degree of obfuscation

The V4 visor has two external knobs that allow you to adjust the darkening degree from 4 to 13 DIN and smoothly adjust the sensitivity of the photo sensors to the arc intensity during welding, as well as two external switches that allow for three-position adjustment of the dark/bright state switching delay time and change the operating mode. The blackout filter has the highest optical class ensuring complete safety of the welder. It is equipped with four photo sensors, which is particularly important when welding with low currents.

The visor is made of the highest quality materials, perfectly protects against the harmful consequences of welding. Available in as many as three colors, so that each customer can adjust it to their individual needs and preferences. Perfect for any amateur welder or professional. The automatic welding visor is equipped with a welding filter, having the ability to change the degree of darkening. The filter before welding is transparent, so the welder has the ability to accurately observe the working area. When an electric arc is formed, the filter will immediately darken. When the electric arc expires, the filter will become transparent again. The visor operator has the ability to smoothly change the blackout in the range of 5-13 DIN (depending on the model – see the table with data).

The V4 visor has an exceptionally large field of vision and an advanced, comfortable and ergonomic headgear, enabling perfect fit and full adjustment of the visor position. After selecting the grinding function, the blackout filter switches to a bright state without the option to adjust the blackout. Automatic welding visor

It provides complete protection against UV/IR radiation (ultraviolet/infrared), even when the filter is brightened. The visor is powered by solar cells and replaceable batteries. The automatic welding visor is equipped with four photo-sensors. In addition, the visor is made of a thermo stable, wear-resistant polymer, into which welding chips do not blend.
