Method of use

1. Connect the power cord.

2. Install the hand-held welding gun/base, handle, foot switch and tungsten needle sequentially.

3. Turn on the power.

4. Adjust the height of the tungsten needle (the welding head should protrude about 4,8 cm).

5. Adjust the rough and precise adjustment knobs.

6. Adjust the welding distance.

7. Hold the welded element with the handle.

8. Press the foot switch with your foot (quickly move the foot away) and spot welding will be completed.

1. Before use For the welding machine, please check whether the supply voltage is compatible with the operating voltage. Connect the output wire of the welding machine to a screw of appropriate polarity (tighten the nut when connecting the output wire to the output polarity).

2. During operation, attach the element welded with a handle, close to the tungsten needle. Depending on the size and shape of the welded element, the distance between the tungsten needle and the welded element is usually 0,007-0,04 inches (approx. 1,8-2,2 mm). The outlet end of the tungsten needle must be sharp before and during use.

3. Do not place the welding machine in a damp place and it should be stored in a dry place.

4. Do not press the foot switch for long. It should be pressed and removed immediately. Long press of the switch and short circuit of the device can cause burnout of the internal circuit.

5. During welding, strong light is emitted. When welding, wear safety glasses and do not look directly at the welded element.

6. When pressing the foot switch, do not touch the metal part of the tungsten needle and handle at the same time, otherwise there will be a feeling of acupuncture.

7. Dismantling and repair by non-professionals is prohibited. There is high voltage inside.

8. Please note that only wires with a diameter of 0,5 to 1,5 mm can be welded. Do not weld wires of too large or too small thickness.

9. Before installation and use, please carefully read the instruction manual and pay special attention to the included safety instructions.
