Easy to use, modern, electronic TDS meter by SUPREME. Thanks to the meter, it is possible to measure the following parameters very accurately:

• - TDS (ppm),
• - conductivity (μS)
• - water temperature (OC).

If you own a RO system, you can quickly and easily check the condition of the RO membrane. Based on the results of the tester, it is possible to determine whether the osmotic membrane is working properly. If you do not have a RO filter, you can examine the water condition e.g. in the tap.

Pure water has a very small amount of dissolved substances, so the result given in ppm or μS should be at a low level, as the amount of dissolved substances increases, the tested water sample will have greater TDS and conductivity.

The TDS meter measures the amount of salt dissolved in water or its conductivity, the lower the result of both parameters, the cleaner the water. Raw water can also be measured using the meter.

The test procedure is extremely easy. At the beginning, select which parameter will be measured, press the "MODE" button and select e.g. ppm (TDS). Then, immerse the meter in the test liquid. Owait until result stabilizes and press the "HOLD" button (the read value will be blocked on the LCD screen). The gauge is factory calibrated by the manufacturer. The advantage of the meter is that it does not need to be calibrated and is and ready for use right out of the package.

TDS, or the sum of dissolved substances, is the total amount of moving loads, including salts and heavy metals dissolved in a given volume of water. TDS, which is based on conductivity, is expressed in “parts per million PPM” or milligrams per litre (mg/l). TDS also includes inorganic elements other than pure water molecules (H2O) and suspended solids. TDS is important when it comes to the quality of water consumed. The lower the TDS level of water, the better and healthier the water for the body.
