Opticum AX LION NS is a DVB-T2 digital terrestrial TV tuner and receiver supporting the latest H.265/HEVC video compression standard. The successor of the popular and recognized Lion 5-M model. In addition to terrestrial television, it allows the reception of uncoded DVB-C digital cable channels in Full HD quality.

Opticum AX LION NS has a numeric display on the front panel and buttons for changing channels and switching off. Menu in Polish. It allows connection to the TV via SCART (EURO) and HDMI for high-definition Full HD 1080P transmission.

The tuner complies with the latest DVB-T2/ H.265 HEVC standard, meets the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Digital Affairs. The device enables the reception of terrestrial television in Poland after the changes that took place in 2022, i.e. after the transition from DVB-T to DVB-T2.
