XD3-40d is a 4-inch (118mm) thermal barcode and desktop label printer, featuring compact design, key industry features and competitive pricing, ideal for labeling applications in the manufacturing, retail, warehousing and logistics markets. The standard XD3-40d offers fast data processing and print speeds of up to 5 ips (127 mm/s) at 203 dpi, allowing you to create high-quality text, graphics and barcodes on label media.

Support self-configuration with visual LED and carrier roll diameter up to 127 mm. The XD3-40d offers easy paper loading with adjustable paper guide and handle, optional peeler and external paper source. For added simplicity, the label printer also offers simple tool-free roller and print head maintenance.

Available with USB interface as standard. The XD3-40d is compatible with market-leading programming languages including SLCS, BPL-Z™ and BPL-E™, while supporting Smart Switch programming languages to enable seamless integration with legacy and existing installations. The XD3 series is also accompanied by comprehensive SDKs for Windows and Linux, as well as compatibility with label design software, including BIXOLON Label Artist-II™ and BarTender®.
